This path is for Dutch or international legal entities including private limited companies (BV), holding structures, special purpose vehicles (SPV), and foundations. We advise on corporate financing, real estate acquisition, and structural optimization under Dutch law.
Documents you may need
- —Chamber of Commerce (KvK) extract or equivalent foreign registration document
- —Articles of association (statuten) and a current shareholders register
- —UBO declaration for all beneficial owners holding more than 25 percent
- —Most recent annual accounts or management accounts
What happens after you submit
